Consultation & Design
We start with a consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and the unique characteristics of your property. Our team will help design a landscape that complements your home and lifestyle, whether you’re looking for a lush, green lawn or a full landscaping overhaul.
SITE PREPARATION & SOIL IMPROVEMENTS
Once the design is finalized, we prepare the area by clearing debris, weeds, and any old grass or turf. If needed, we perform grading to ensure proper drainage and a level foundation for the new lawn and any landscaping features.

Healthy soil is key to a thriving lawn. We bring in a healthy layer of rich, screened topsoil to enhance its structure and nutrient content to encourage strong root growth.

After all landscape features have been installed, we prepare the new topsoil for seed by power raking the entire lawn area. This fluffs up the top 1" of topsoil to provide an excellent seed base.
FINAL TOUCHES AND SEEDING
We do a cleanup of the job site to ensure everything is clean and ready for seeding.
Our team recommends hydroseeding your new lawn for best results. This service is an efficient and cost-effective method for establishing a lush, green lawn quickly. The process involves mixing grass seed, water, mulch, fertilizer, and a bonding agent into a slurry, which is then sprayed evenly across the prepared soil. This creates a protective layer that helps retain moisture, promotes faster germination, and prevents erosion. It offers faster results compared to traditional seeding and provides a thick, healthy lawn in just a fraction of the time.
